In LA they call this soul food in the south we call it BBQ.
Southern style potato salad (mustard makes it southern).
Southern BBQ baked beans.
Sweet BBQ Ribs.
Butter Bread.
And of coarse the rock star Sweet Tea.
Now thats a "skits meal" trademark.
